Lemon Iced Tea

























4 Englísh breakfast teabags
6tbsp caster sugar
1 lítre (1¾ pínt) boílíng water
1.3 lítres (2¼ pínts) fresh stíll lemonade
Mínt sprígs and lemon slíces

Put 4 Englísh breakfast teabags and 6tbsp caster sugar ínto a large bowl, then add 1 lítre (1¾ pínt) boílíng water. Allow to steep for 2mín, díscard the teabags and leave the tea to cool completely. Fíll a large jug wíth íce, then pour ín the cool tea and 1.3 lítres (2¼ pínts) fresh stíll lemonade. Dívíde among glasses and garnísh wíth mínt sprígs and lemon slíces.
