Ingredients
  1. 1 egg
  2. 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  3. 2 tablespoons water
  4. pinch salt
  5. 1 apple, cored and sliced into rings
  6. coconut oil or butter (for frying)
Instructions
  1. Preheat a small skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together egg, coconut flour, water and salt.
  3. Melt coconut oil or butter in skillet. Dip apples in egg mixture, cook in skillet until golden brown. Flip and cook the second side until golden brown.
  4. Serve topped with your favorite toppings--pure maple syrup, raw honey or fresh berries. Enjoy!
Notes
  1. Add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or 1 teaspoon vanilla, if desired, for added flavor!
